Job Overview:

As an Environmental Supply Chain Manager, you will contribute to the overall Sourcing and Procurement activities associated with Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) across our locations worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage deliverables assigned for ESG supply chain initiatives within the three primary pillars: Carbon Footprint, Supplier Diversity, and Human Rights.
  2. Engage with clients, industry bodies, internal and external stakeholders on supplier-facing ESG discussions.
  3. Stay up-to-date with ESG and sustainability regulations, implementing best practices for compliance.
  4. Contribute to program and system development according to TN Norway's drive for simplification, standardization, and industrialization.
  5. Identify ESG-related risks and opportunities within the global supply chain, delivering strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  6. Manage performance of goals set to reduce environmental impact, enhance social responsibility, and improve overall efficiency and sustainability across the supply chain.
  7. Achieve programmatic effectiveness, efficiency, and success by acting as an ESG subject matter expert, developing informational material, and providing training to relevant internal stakeholders.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge of prevailing ESG regulations.
  • Understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Ability to analyze data, conduct data assessments, and present findings.
  • Expertise in developing, processing, and presenting data.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and take initiative to address/mitigate risks.
