Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Marine Warranty and Assurance Manager to join our team, leading our Marine Warranty department and overseeing key projects with high-profile offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Marine Warranty team, ensuring high-quality project delivery and adhering to industry standards.
  • Oversee Marine Warranty Surveys for transportation, installation, and construction activities across oil & gas and renewable energy sectors.
  • Conduct vessel suitability surveys and review engineering and operational plans to guarantee compliance.
  • Carry out Dynamic Positioning audits to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Issue Certificates of Approval after verifying adherence to industry regulations.
  • Mentor and support team members to drive continuous improvement and enhance their skills.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture, or equivalent qualifications.
  • At least 7 years of experience in marine warranty or similar offshore roles.
  • Proven leadership experience in renewables or oil & gas projects.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, including offshore operations and Dynamic Positioning.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), with proficiency in Norwegian an advantage.
  • Legal right to live and work in Norway.
  • Experience in conducting DP operations is essential.
