To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in customer support
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
- The ability to adapt quickly to new technology and systems
- Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- A passion for learning and growing
- The ability to work in shifts, including weekends and varying hours
