Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Clarion Hotel Bergen Airport. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve the highest standards of food quality and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and exceed their expectations.
  • Ensure the highest standards of health and safety, as well as budgetary targets.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's leadership team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a similar hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
