Key Role:

The Subsea Alliance Estimating and MLC function plays a crucial role in ensuring consistency and quality in defined processes with clients and the SSA. Visualizing value within Subsea Alliance project estimates/MLCs and overall Subsea Alliance performance is essential.

Accountabilities:
  1. Develop and maintain Subsea Alliance estimating and MLC processes, including education and development/improvement.
  2. Coordinate and ensure each function/party performs their role according to relevant processes.
  3. Drive improvements within estimating areas and support ongoing digitalization and flow efficiency initiatives.
  4. Establish, manage, and continuously improve standard estimate/MLC submission packages demonstrating Subsea Alliance value propositions to stakeholders.
  5. Develop and manage 'rolling' Alliance Performance Packages supporting Alliance Managers and Commercial Managers in stakeholder management.
