Wolt is a leading food delivery and restaurant technology company seeking an experienced Enterprise Key Account Manager to join our growing team.



About the Role

As an Enterprise Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and fostering strong relationships with our key restaurant partners, driving revenue growth and improving key performance metrics.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and improve key performance metrics for our restaurant partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to review performance and develop forward-looking strategies.
  • Determine the needs and wants of merchants, prioritize them by impact, and work to co-create solutions.
  • Strategically introduce and execute on new Wolt product opportunities to broaden partnerships and increase partner revenue streams.
  • Drive operational improvements with partners to ensure a best-in-class experience for Wolt customers.
  • Renegotiate terms and conditions with restaurant partners as needed.


Requirements


  • At least 5 years of account management experience from a high-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to cultivate extensive, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit audience.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform decision-making.
  • Structured, detailed, and service-oriented approach to account management.
  • High ownership and ambition to drive results.
  • Good ability to use English in a business context.
