About the Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in a technology-focused organization.
• High drive and motivation to inspire and lead teams with passion and initiative.
• Expertise in scaling products and optimizing engineering processes.
• Proven expertise in leading technology teams for successful SaaS and Cloud project delivery.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on approach to technology management.
