Job Role Summary

At TOMRA, we are seeking a highly skilled Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recycling technology team, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our sensor-based sorters in our installed base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize sensor-based sorters to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Commission and maintain sorters to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance sorter performance
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their recycling needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Act as a liaison between customers and our headquarters to provide feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or computer science
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment
