Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will participate in EPCI modification contracts and Front End Studies, with varied tasks and responsibilities including:

  1. Lead Control System Design - Responsible for designing and implementing control systems, including ESD, PSD, and PCS.
  2. Specify and Prepare New and Update Existing Layout - Develop and update control system layouts to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  3. Termination and Loop Design - Design and implement termination and loop systems to meet project requirements.
  4. Update Register with New Tag and Documentation - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of control system components and configurations.
  5. Specify and Prepare Data Sheets - Develop and prepare data sheets for control system components and configurations.
  6. Documentation and Vendor Follow-up of Instrument/Automation Packages - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of instrument and automation packages, and follow up with vendors as needed.
  7. Prepare SAS Job Card - Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date job cards for control system tasks and activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant BSc or Upper secondary school with 10-15 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Minimum 5-year experienced engineer with:
    • Relevant experience from onshore or offshore projects within oil & gas or electrification.
    • Professional interest in technological developments and improving work methods.
    • Installation experience.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • Accurate, flexible, and organized.
    • Service-minded.
    • Ability to work both independently and in teams.
  • Good knowledge of English both verbally and written language.
  • Able to take initiative, be flexible, and to motivate others.
