Job Summary
- Job Title: Workforce Development Associate
- Location: Stavanger, Norway
- Reports to: HR Business Partner

Job Description
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by doing job requisitions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support hiring managers with candidate assessments and interview scheduling.
- Manage job offer processes and prepare employment contracts.
- Plan the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with Norwegian labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure employees are paid timely and accurately.
- Prepare HR reports and documents as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to handle variability in working days.
- Previous experience (2+ years) in an HR role, preferably in an international company.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
