Job Summary

Job Description

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist in the recruitment process by doing job requisitions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
    • Support hiring managers with candidate assessments and interview scheduling.
    • Manage job offer processes and prepare employment contracts.
    • Plan the onboarding process for new hires.
  2. Employee Relations and Compliance:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
    • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and grievances.
    • Ensure compliance with Norwegian labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies.
  3. HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    • Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure employees are paid timely and accurately.
    • Prepare HR reports and documents as required.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Must have computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  3. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  4. Ability to handle variability in working days.
  5. Previous experience (2+ years) in an HR role, preferably in an international company.
  6. Great organizational and time management skills.
