About the Job

This Operations Manager position plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of care4HR within HXM, ensuring smooth execution and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing day-to-day operations, allocating resources, and coordinating efforts.
  2. Developing and maintaining knowledge bases, procedures, and customer information systems.
  3. Fostering a culture of compliance, transparency, and accountability within care4HR.
  4. Providing guidance and support to new team members, including dispatchers, to ensure seamless ticket coordination.
  5. Designing and implementing SLA monitoring systems and reporting protocols for consultant and customer interactions.
  6. Monitoring and optimizing consultant workloads, ensuring fair distribution and adjusting resource allocations as necessary.
  7. Streamlining client onboarding processes, leveraging tools like ISP for efficient setup and quality assurance.
  8. Promoting best practices for transition and knowledge transfer when onboarding new clients to care4HR.
  9. Serving as a primary point of contact for selected customers and escalating operations-related issues to senior management.

We seek a skilled professional with:

  1. Significant experience in operations management, IT services, or related fields.
  2. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional Nordic language proficiency beneficial.
  4. A results-driven, detail-oriented approach with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
  5. Proven track record of collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Strong analytical skills, experience with service management tools, and ability to interpret data.
  7. Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and urgent situations.
  8. Knowledge of SuccessFactors advantageous, but not required.
  9. Advanced Excel and analytics skills highly valued.
