Your Role in Our Team

As Compensation & Benefits Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing yearly salary review processes, ensuring equal pay analysis and remuneration committee coordination.
  • Preparing material for Board meetings, Annual Reports, and General Meetings.
  • Collaborating with Group Tax on international mobility assignments.
  • Supporting union negotiations and developing compensation strategies for local markets.
  • Leading the creation of the Group Remuneration Standard, defining global remuneration policies and processes aligned with company strategy.
  • Project managing short- and long-term incentive programs, including plan design, process handling, and reports.
  • Driving digital and global development efforts in areas like benefits, incentive programs, pension schemes, and vendor management.
  • Overseeing job architecture frameworks to ensure consistent compensation practices.
  • Becoming a trusted advisor on executive compensation matters.
  • Providing training and communication on job coding methodology, compensation, and annual salary reviews.
