The Role

As a Senior Design Manager, you will lead the design vision and strategy across multiple projects. You will oversee the design process from conceptualization to delivery, mentor other designers, and establish design guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design team in Marketing Technology Solutions and contribute to the UX/design community across DCO.
2. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate design goals and processes effectively.
3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in design.

Requirements:

1. A strong design leader with a formal education (or equivalent) in design.
2. At least 10 years of experience in design, with a successful track record.
3. Highly skilled in your own field and knowledgeable about other design areas.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Proven experience in managing and inspiring designers.
6. Committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
