As a Retail Enterprise Key Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our retail business forward in Norway. We're looking for a top-talent to join our team and help us accelerate our journey beyond restaurant food into retail categories.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders at our retail and grocery partners
  • Determine the needs and wants of our partners, prioritize them internally, and work to co-create solutions with internal and external teams
  • Engage partners in growth strategy conversations, including adding more stores to Wolt, increasing same-store sales, and expanding with new brands
  • Strategically introduce and execute on new product and service opportunities to broaden partnership depth and increase partner revenue streams
  • Drive forward operational improvement with your partners to ensure a seamless experience for our end customers
What We're Looking For
  • Business proficiency in English
  • A proven success record in business development and/or account management, including driving engagements and negotiations with stakeholders at C-Level
  • Passion for using analytics to build insights around problems and opportunities, with experience working with advanced Excel and other analytical tools
  • Ability to take broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into relevant projects with clear milestones and goals
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a bias for action
