Your role and responsibilities

  • You will oversee product sales and management activities of the T&PCS.
  • You will support the existing baseline products of transverse thrusters, steerable thrusters, and retractable thrusters.
  • You will support the rest of the Wärtsilä organisation worldwide to be successful together.
  • You will report to the Director of the Product Line.

Requirements for success

To achieve success in your tasks, you will rely on a highly experienced team. We are seeking a seasoned leader who is knowledgeable in the thrusters/propulsion discipline, familiar with customer interactions combined with experience in relevant leadership roles.

Preferred locations for this position are Propulsion key locations in Netherlands, Norway, Finland, or China.
