We are seeking a Senior Marine Engineer to join our team as a Marine Engineering Lead or Engineering Manager focusing on Marine Installation activities.

You will be responsible for the deliverables from your team such as procedures and analysis, specifications for equipment and services, planning and scheduling of marine operations, and internal and external packages.

You will interface regularly with clients on technical matters and participate in developing and being responsible for technical solutions relevant in the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
  • Lead a multidiscipline project team consisting of engineers within the disciplines Cable Installation, Survey and Protection.
  • Responsible for ensuring quality and safety during projects.
  • Participate in Quality and HSE activities internally.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you have higher technical education and/or other relevant work experience. Minimum 5 years relevant experience from project-driven business; experience from offshore installation or subsea operations is a plus.

You enjoy leading and working in project teams but also independently. You have a structured and accurate mindset, are creative, analytical, and solution-oriented.
