About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to fill the position of High Voltage Cable Specialist. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and engineering cables according to industry standards.

Your key responsibilities will include developing cable sizing philosophy, cable routing, and cable design & calculation. You will also ensure that all electrical parts of the scope relevant for modeling are included in E3D.

Apart from these technical tasks, you will be working closely with other teams to coordinate the placement of electrical equipment and ensuring good understanding of all interfaces and battery limits.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering
  • Extensive practical experience
  • Experience and deep knowledge of electrical design according to relevant standards such as NEK (and IEC), RENblader, NORSOK
  • Experience and knowledge on FEBDOK and REN-grøft is an advantage
