Job Title: Senior Mobility Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Mobility Engineer. This role involves contributing to the development of our high-end open-world simulation, shaping our mobility simulation infrastructure, and collaborating with our cloud platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing mobility simulations using Java.
  • Designing and customizing simulation solutions (e.g. MATSim) to meet client needs.
  • Preparing populations from census and statistical data for simulation analysis.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team to understand client requirements and provide targeted data solutions.
  • Implementing complex analyses within mobility simulation tools.
  • Combining datasets to create representative populations and extract key performance indices.
  • Working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Providing expert advice on simulation solutions and data processing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Proficient programming skills with a focus on Java.
  • Strong background in simulation solutions (e.g. MATSim).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
