Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and develop new product concepts for electric actuators and control systems, ensuring maximum energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Create prototypes and conduct thorough testing to validate the performance and reliability of our products.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research to identify engineering fundamentals and new technologies in the maritime and onshore sectors, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to other departments, including manufacturing and sales, to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved and goals are met.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and creativity, proficiency in Altium, Python, C++, Confluence, etc.
  • Experience: Experience in R&D within the maritime or onshore industries is advantageous.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
