Renewable Energy Project Specialist

Your primary responsibilities as a Renewable Energy Project Specialist will include:

• Leading and developing high-performing project teams across various countries
• Managing onshore wind projects from initial planning through commissioning, ensuring goals are met within budget, schedule, and quality standards
• Negotiating and managing contracts, including Turbine Supply Agreements (TSA) and Balance of Plant (BoP) contracts
• Preparing and presenting project reports and financial metrics
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the onshore wind industry, with at least 2 years in a project management role. They will hold a Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and possess fluency in Norwegian and English. Additionally, they should have proficiency in project management software and tools, experience with commercial contract frameworks, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
