TechnipFMC's Workshop is a hub of innovation, where skilled professionals like you come together to drive progress in the energy industry. As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for complex assembly and tests of mechanical/hydraulic assemblies, while also serving as a technical expert and coordinating small teams of technicians.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and servicing of Surface Wellhead equipment, valves, and tools.
  • Performance of scheduled maintenance, modifications, and repairs.
  • Troubleshooting of workshop tools and surface equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Execution of pressure testing and operation of the Torque/Make & Brake machine according to procedures.
  • Documentation and reporting of service activities, including updates to equipment service histories.
  • Process improvement and development of technical documentation in the workshop.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participation in company-led training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Key Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • An educational background in mechanics, automation, or hydraulics.
  • Previous work experience in a similar field (desired but not essential).
  • Relevant certifications for overhead cranes and forklifts.
  • Strong language skills in Norwegian and English (oral and written).
  • A quality and safety mindset.
