Drive Sales Growth as a Sales and Business Growth Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Danish-speaking professional to join our team in Spain as a Sales and Business Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships across the globe.

About the Role

You will be part of a high-performing team that creates meaningful moments for customers and clients. Your expertise in channel programs, negotiation, and communication skills will enable you to drive successful closures and grow business share with partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, improve attach rates, and enhance partner loyalty.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify new opportunities, develop joint plans, and close deals effectively.
  • Educate partner sales forces on BU products and solutions, articulating benefits against competitors.
  • Create transparency of qualified opportunities and take actions to close them with partners.
  • Detect and provide transparency of qualified opportunities and take actions to close them with partner & support partners to close big deals when necessary.

Requirements

  • Native level of speaker of Danish and fluent English
  • Two years of related technical sales experience preferred
  • Experience in working in Channel environment, knowledge of partners and distributors is a plus
  • Familiar with channel programs, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
  • Ability to establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate
  • Familiar with sales CRMs and Microsoft Office
