Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced instrumentation engineer to join our team as a technical lead for instruments. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing instruments, reviewing and preparing discipline documentation, and overseeing vendor packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instrument Design: Develop and implement instrument designs that meet industry standards and client requirements.
  • Documentation Review: Review and prepare discipline documentation for instruments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor packages, including design, testing, review, and follow-up to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Interface Management: Maintain multidisciplinary interfaces and collaborate with site teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Data Accuracy: Participate in reviews and ensure data accuracy to maintain project integrity.
  • Instrument Procurement: Define and procure instruments-related materials, tools, and operating procedures to support project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in instruments engineering.
  • Knowledge of industry rules and regulations for instruments.
  • Experience with offshore surveys is desirable.
  • Required certifications: Basic EX course and FSE.
