The role of Sales Operations Specialist at Dun & Bradstreet Norway involves supporting the sales team by managing sales data, generating reports, and analyzing trends. This position requires collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and drive sales success.
Responsibilities- Lead the analysis of sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate country sales activities, including quarterly business reviews, account planning, and project management from a Sales Operations perspective.
- Develop and implement annual customer segmentation strategies, focusing on portfolio/territory planning, productivity, and sales coverage with Sales leadership.
- Foster strong relationships between Sales and other Sales Operations roles with regional scope.
- Serve as the local expert on sales policies, processes, and CRM systems.
- Assess sales pipeline gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Aid in process harmonization initiatives and projects based on local setup mappings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, and Sales) to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Produce reports to monitor various aspects of the business within the CRM system.
- Support audits by coordinating and providing necessary inputs.
