The Engineering Manager for Process and Utilities will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of EPC projects, ensuring that all technical disciplines are well-coordinated and executed in line with project timelines and budget.
As part of the assigned Project Management Team, you will serve as the right-hand person to the Tender/Project Manager, providing technical advice and guidance to meet both client and project expectations.
You will be accountable for planning and executing the engineering work for dedicated projects, covering technical areas such as Process, Electrical, Instrument & Control, Telecoms, Mechanical, Piping-Layout, 3D modeling, and Structure.
- Leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams in EPC projects.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to ensure seamless collaboration between technical disciplines.
- Proactive approach to resolving issues, identifying improvement opportunities, and fostering a continuous improvement culture.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
- Ensure that all technical disciplines are well-coordinated and executed in line with project timelines and budget.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to meet both client and project expectations.
