About the Role

As a License Owner, you'll be responsible for:

  • Bringing the Stranger Soccer brand to life in Oslo, creating a thriving community of football enthusiasts
  • Recruiting, training, and leading a small team of central staff and freelance Official Hosts to drive the operation forward
  • Securing prime slots at football venues to host Stranger Soccer games
  • Developing and executing creative sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Overseeing the game schedule, ensuring customers have an exceptional experience and keep coming back for more
