Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage the warehouse and stock yard, ensuring efficient operations and high standards of quality and safety.
  • To work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations and meet their needs.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • To collaborate with the HSE and QA/QC manager to ensure adherence to established procedures and promote a culture of safety and quality.
Invoicing and Cost Control:
  • To invoice all activities in a timely manner and control and approve supplier invoices.
  • To develop and implement cost control measures for improved efficiency in storing, handling, and yard usage.
HSE and Quality Control:
  • To collaborate with the HSE and QA/QC manager to ensure adherence to established procedures.
  • To address and resolve non-conformance reports, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • To provide support to the HSE Manager in reporting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for submission to management on a monthly basis.
