Oslo University Hospital is a leading biomedical research contributor, and we are excited to announce a researcher/postdoc position in Epitranscriptomics.

The available 100% position will be part of Arne Klungland Lab and is affiliated with the Centre for Embryology and Healthy Development (CRESCO).

CRESO is an interdisciplinary team researching epigenetic and epitranscriptomic modifications, DNA repair, and genome stability, focusing on cancer and embryology research.

We seek a highly motivated individual with a background in cancer or embryo biology to explore RNA modification mechanisms in cancer cells and early embryonic development.

Our state-of-the-art methodologies enable us to understand epigenetic/epitranscriptomic regulation in minute samples.

Responsibilities:

  • Epigenetic and epitranscriptomic regulation
  • RNA molecular biology and biochemistry methods
  • A track record of peer-reviewed international publications
  • Knowledge of cancer/embryo biology
