Job Description:

Six Robotics is a leading developer of intelligent software for unmanned systems, enhancing UAV capabilities with advanced swarm technology. Our flagship product, Valkyrie, delivers scalable solutions for both industry and government.

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, manufacturing, and testing processes of our drone platforms. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in refining and evolving our existing drone platforms to improve manufacturability and performance.

About the Role:
  • Design and modify mechanical components for existing and future drone models using 3D CAD.
  • Utilize 3D printing and additive manufacturing techniques for prototyping and part production.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and external manufacturing partners.
  • Oversee and develop our hardware lab and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test suite to support the software team.
  • Perform FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations to enhance performance and structural integrity.
