
Scientific Specialist for Bioanalytical Sciences

PHARMAQ AS offers a Scientific Specialist for Bioanalytical Sciences position in our R&D organization in Oslo for a three-year temporary position.
As a Scientific Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and validating in vitro tests that align with the principles of the 3Rs approach to refine, reduce, and replace animal use, which is essential for advancing scientific innovation while upholding the highest standards of animal welfare.
You will interact closely and communicate effectively with scientists from different backgrounds across all our scientific teams, as well as with colleagues from regulatory affairs and QA/QC.
Requirements:- Practical experience with immunological methods and assay development, preferably from industry.
- Fluent English skills, both written and oral.
- The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in developing and performing in vitro batch potency assays, including a deep understanding of assay validation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
