As a key member of NES Advantage's global recruitment team, we are seeking an experienced Discipline Lead to join our client, Aker Solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading a team of engineers responsible for method development and implementation on various projects.

Job Description
The Discipline Lead will be responsible for ensuring that methods are followed in all project phases, coordinating technical outputs, and leading the discipline team to deliver high-quality results on time. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, overseeing discipline work processes, delegating tasks, reporting progress, and maintaining discipline method statements.

Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as strong knowledge of work processes within the discipline. Minimum 2 years' experience from EPC processes within Topside and facilities/Renewable Segments is required. Proficiency in MS Office 365, Method Planner, Visual Construction Planning, Autodesk NavisWorks Manage, Aveva E3D Design, Constructability Engine, AutoCAD, MIPS, and E3D is also essential.
