About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join Novacura AB as a Senior Business Systems Consultant. Our team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can lead key phases of our projects and provide expert guidance to customers.

As a Senior Business Systems Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions for major ERP functional areas. You will also provide expert guidance and training to customers on best practices in the use of IFS and Novacura products.

  • Lead key phases of Novacura projects, working across multiple industries and business areas.
  • Analyze, design, and implement solutions for major ERP functional areas, perfectly aligned with customer needs.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to customers on best practices in the use of IFS and Novacura products.
  • Actively support and mentor colleagues, sharing your expertise and contributing to the professional growth of the team.
  • Specialize in two or more functional areas of ERP systems, working closely with other consultants to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience related to ERP systems, preferable IFS Applications.
  • Experience with implementation and/or support of business application software.
  • Business process knowledge in one or several main process areas in IFS (e.g. Finance, Manufacturing, Service management, Supply chain management etc.)
  • Strong technical knowledge, allowing you to communicate effectively with system developers and understand software development frameworks.
  • Fluency in either Swedish or Norweigan and English.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally when needed.
