TN Norway is seeking a Business Development Executive to lead our sales efforts in South Norway. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with opticians, regional department stores, and independent customers in the region.
Key responsibilities include evaluating new customer opportunities, ensuring brand integrity through adequate product distribution and in-store presentation, researching and targeting new customers, and planning effective sales calls to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also be responsible for presenting new eyewear collections to customers, providing in-store training to sales staff, and ensuring stock levels are adequate at the point of sale.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist in implementing trade marketing activities to maximize customers' sell-out, collect sales data, and manage orders in cooperation with our customer services department. Our ideal candidate has more than 2 years of experience in field sales roles, preferably in the eyewear sector, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.
