About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at XL Gruppen. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating exquisite dishes that showcase your culinary expertise and passion for food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Lead a team of chefs in the kitchen to ensure efficient and high-quality food production
  • Source and manage high-quality ingredients to meet the needs of our menu
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Sushi Chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
