Nordea Personal Banking NO søker en Senior Business Risk Manager med spesiell kunnskap eller interessefelt innenfor GDPR. I denne stillingen vil du være en av flere nøkkelpersoner i utvikling og eksekvering av den strategiske, taktiske og operasjonelle risikostyringen i PeB NO.

Hva innebærer stillingen?

  • Du vil være Personal Banking NOs representant i nordiske fora innenfor Risk Management generelt og GDPR spesielt.
  • Du vil drive og delta i nordiske og lokale prosjekter relatert til GDPR og andre relevante temaer.
  • Du vil være delaktig i prosesser som sikrer at alle ledd i banken forholder seg til det rammeverk og regelsett som er nødvendig for å drive innenfor akseptabel operasjonell og compliance risiko.
  • Du vil ha mye interaksjon med flere ulike samarbeidspartnere internt i banken.
  • Du vil bidra til at nødvendige rutiner og strukturer er på plass for en sikker drift.
  • Du vil delta i strategisk arbeid i form av både utvikling og gjennomføring av gjeldende internt, nasjonalt og nordisk regelverk rundt GDPR.
  • Du vil sørge for at kunnskap om GDPR blir spredt i organisasjonen og etterlevd på en god måte med korrekte rapporteringslinjer for eventuelle brudd.

Hvem er du?

  • Dette er en seniorstilling, noe som innebærer at du har gode forkunnskaper om enten GDPR eller Business risk management og gjerne flere års erfaring fra tilsvarende stilling.
  • Du er fortrinnsvis en ekspert i GDPR, men en sterk interesse og relevant utdannelse kan veie opp for manglende erfaring på området.
  • Du har høyere utdannelse, fortrinnsvis innenfor økonomi eller jus.
  • Du har god forretningsforståelse, gode kommunikasjonsevner og er vant til å håndtere interessenter på alle nivåer av en organisasjon.
  • Du liker å samarbeide med andre og være åpen for å finne løsninger på tvers av interessepunkter.
  • Du tør å utfordre når det er nødvendig og du får ting gjort.
  • Du er kundeorientert og evner å balansere kundens beste interesse med god risikohåndtering på vegne av banken.
  • Arbeidsspråkene er både norsk og engelsk, det er derfor en forutsetning at du behersker både engelsk og et nordisk språk.
