About the Job
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Finance Operations Team as Asset Management Finance Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives to streamline and automate finance processes, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of Group Finance Systems, and developing and maintaining key operational guidelines and manuals for all countries within the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for finance processes across all countries within the portfolio, enhancing efficiency and quality.
- System Alignment: Ensure that Group Finance Systems (MS D365 FO, Semine, and Rydoo) align with group operational guidelines and manuals, and are integrated and functioning efficiently to support business operations.
- Master Data Management: Develop and maintain key operational guidelines and manuals for all countries within the portfolio, focusing on those countries onboarded to the future group platform of finance systems.
- Shared Services Centre: Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish a Shared Services Centre for core finance processes, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure it meets the needs of the organisation.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum master's degree in finance.
- Experience: Extensive background within core finance processes, preferably with experience from similar roles.
- Skillset: Skilled verbal and written business English, hands-on and strategic finance professional with a strong operative mindset.
