Join us as a Guest Relations Expert at Comfort Hotel Runway, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting memorable stays for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests with a warm and approachable attitude, setting the stage for a fantastic stay
  • Efficiently handling check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and inquiries to maintain a smooth guest experience
  • Providing expert guidance and support to guests, offering local tips and insider recommendations to deepen their connection with our brand
  • Cultivating a lively and engaging atmosphere in our barception area, collaborating with colleagues to uphold our brand's unique urban spirit
  • Work hours will be based on our scheduling needs, with shifts from 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00, including weekends and holidays.

  • Experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous, but your passion and drive are what truly matter

To excel in this position, you should be fluent in English and Norwegian. Additional language skills can be beneficial to your application.
