The Ideal Candidate

A seasoned Project Manager will lead projects from conceptual stages through closeout, working closely with our team to drive success.

Main Duties

• Assist in developing project charts of accounts, site logistics plans, and manage subcontractors.
• Oversee submittal, change order, and pay request processes, maintaining contract understanding.
• Contribute to analyzing project costs, generating Job Cost Reports, and forecasting quarterly Total Cost Projections.
• Implement safety, EEO, and Affirmative Action programs, and contribute to quality processes.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• 6-10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably design-build.
• Strong safety record, ability to walk job sites, and demonstrated knowledge of construction principles.
• Leadership skills and experience managing successful project management teams.
