Offshore Wind Project Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Offshore Wind Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our offshore wind advisory team, you will be responsible for supporting project development across all stages, from early conceptual design until project execution and package management.

In this role, you will engage with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems during project execution. You will also provide expert guidance and strategic advice in all areas within the wind turbine scope, especially wind turbine supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and leading relevant working packages for the wind turbine scopes, ensuring adherence to project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Providing technical due diligence assignments in support of large and complex finance transitions, taking responsibility over the wind turbine scope.
  • Project roles in the wind turbine package within our Owner's Engineer service deliveries, with responsibility over package interfaces, programme, risk, and change management processes.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in industrial engineering, logistics, renewable energy, or a related field, with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in wind projects. You should have extensive experience in offshore wind project development, execution, and operation within a project developer organization or in an Owner's Engineer role.
