About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our Bond Issuance business in the Nordics market. In this vital role, you will drive business development initiatives, execute product strategies, and deliver on business goals. You will also support Issuance knowledge across all Euronext CSD locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and operationalize the strategic vision for our Issuance product portfolio.
  2. Contribute to P&L-driven business case development, balancing client needs and internal cost control.
  3. Manage the product lifecycle from conceptualization to delivery.
  4. Budget for the topline of the product portfolio and recommend investment budgets.
  5. Contribute to business convergence projects and activities.
  6. Oversight of new product development in collaboration with internal project teams, finance, regulation/legal, surveillance, and other stakeholders.
  7. Competitor analysis regarding product offerings, functionality, pricing, and market penetration.
  8. Maintain and develop relationships with business development and client services to understand client needs and opportunities to increase market share.

Success Factors:

  1. Timely communication with customers regarding solutions and deliveries.
  2. Ensure products comply with applicable legislation, and support Issuance knowledge across all our CSD locations.
  3. Provide commercial recommendations for new business initiatives/products/services.
  4. Navigate a rapidly changing business landscape, staying ahead of industry trends.
  5. Deliver recommendations that increase revenue and/or reduce costs.
  6. Demonstrate proactiveness and agility in responding to emerging opportunities and challenges.
  7. Learn and anchor important process knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. Experience from consultancy role within product management and business development, preferably in banking or financial infrastructure.
  2. Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness, structured and results driven.
  3. Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with attention to detail and strategic perspective.
  4. Ability to leverage relationships and drive forward projects autonomously.
  5. Collaborative, curious, and with a learning mindset.
  6. Preferred international business experience.
  7. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  8. Minimum 3 years of higher education (extensive work experience may compensate for lack of education).
