As a Barception Crew Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and providing insider knowledge to make our guests feel like locals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay.
2. Handle check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
3. Support guests with local tips, recommendations, and connections, creating a sense of belonging.
4. Contribute to maintaining a vibrant and energetic atmosphere at the Barception, working collaboratively with colleagues to uphold our brand values.
5. Adapt to changing situations with flexibility and positivity, always prioritizing guest satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• You're a people person with excellent communication skills, able to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments, remaining composed under pressure and adapting to changing situations.
• You possess a natural ability to create connections, making guests feel valued and appreciated.
• You're proficient in English and have a basic understanding of Norwegian, with additional language skills a plus.
