About the Role

Belmont Lavan Ltd, a leading provider of Information Technology and Services solutions, is seeking an experienced SAP consultant specializing in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) for a 6-month freelance contract. As an SAP EWM consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting EWM solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design SAP EWM solutions that meet their needs
  2. Configure and customize SAP EWM functionalities to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  3. Participate in system testing and provide support during the deployment and post-implementation phases to ensure successful project delivery
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve EWM-related issues and provide technical support to end-users to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of EWM with other SAP modules and ensure a unified view of business operations
  6. Stay updated with the latest SAP EWM trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients and drive business growth
  7. Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams on SAP EWM functionalities and processes to ensure long-term success

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP EWM consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations
  3. In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities, including inbound and outbound processes, wave management, and RF gun process
  4. Experience with integration between EWM and ECC system is required
  5. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and business processes in the manufacturing industry
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and team members
  7. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex EWM issues
  8. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
  9. Fluent in English and Norwegian, additional languages are a plus
