Chief Cybersecurity Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Cyber Security Director. The successful candidate will oversee all consulting activities, manage performance metrics, and lead people management efforts within the organization.

This position requires extensive experience in managing IT consulting businesses, preferably with a focus on security consulting. Responsibilities include developing security strategies, conducting vulnerability assessments, and providing crisis maturity assessments and plans. The chosen candidate will also be responsible for defining and continuously improving our security consulting services to meet market demands profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the Nordic market for security consulting services and the needs of various customer segments.
• Stay up-to-date with main technology trends in the Nordic security services market and apply this knowledge to drive our consulting business forward.
• Lead digital transformation projects with customers, adopting a Cloud First approach.
• Promote other deliverables, such as penetration testing, MDR, and managed services.
• Oversee a team of security consultants across various disciplines, including recruitment, performance management, competence enhancement, and collaboration with HR.
• Develop and improve security consulting services in close cooperation with the service portfolio function.
• Maintain profitability through high utilization rates and smart pricing, working closely with sales and service portfolio functions.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across organizational boundaries, both internally and externally.
