As the head of purchasing for Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway, you'll be responsible for managing a team of 4 people and driving strategic sourcing initiatives in collaboration with our global procurement function and other stakeholders.
About the RoleAs the Senior Procurement Manager, you'll oversee the purchasing function, ensuring high-quality deliveries and excellent customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include leading the team, setting goals, and monitoring performance. You'll also drive the standardization of sourced goods and services, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Your ProfileTo succeed in this role, you'll need substantial experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience is required, ideally in a matrix set-up. Your leadership style should be characterized by a passion for people and business growth. A university degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is necessary.
