Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing occupational therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital regulations and professional guidelines.
  2. Maintaining open communication with hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  3. Supervising occupational therapist assistants and technicians to ensure high-quality patient services.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Current state licensure or certification as an occupational therapist.
  • CPR certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency in occupational therapy evaluation, assessment, and treatment.
  • Effective communication skills for working with patients, families, and caregivers.
