Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced ERP System Engineer to join our Technology Team. As an ERP System Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining our ERP system, as well as managing external partners to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our manufacturing operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Development and Customization: Develop and customize our ERP system to meet the needs of our manufacturing operations.
  • System Maintenance and Support: Ensure the smooth operation of our ERP system, providing technical support and maintenance as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data within our ERP system.
  • Training: Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on the use of our ERP system.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our ERP system and its processes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Economics, or similar: Relevant experience and certification can compensate for lack of formal education.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an ERP Developer: With a focus on Microsoft Dynamics (365 F&O).
  • Experience from a manufacturing environment: Highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in X++, C#,.NET, and SQL: Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance & Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Module, and Inventory Management.
  • Experience with external integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Dataverse, or Virtual Tables: Familiarity with security and instance migration best practices.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
