Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety plans to mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Liaise with contractors to verify their documentation meets legal and company expectations.
- Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement.
- Promote a culture of health and safety awareness among project personnel.
- Proven track record in health and safety roles within the construction sector.
- At least 10 years of experience in health and safety management, including experience at a Major Hazard Facility.
- Demonstrated ability to lead health and safety initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
