About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Specialist and Site Coordinator to join our team at Kongsberg Gruppen. As a key member of our Integration & Energy division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and facilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Assess and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards for our location.
  • HSE Risk Analysis: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Site Support: Provide administrative support for our site, including managing access cards, guest cards, and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Committee Secretary: Serve as secretary for our Local Company committee and Local Working Environment Committee.
  • Communication and Events: Support the Site Director in planning and coordinating site-specific communication and events.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • HSE Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of HSE requirements and regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Initiative and Responsibility: Demonstrate the ability to act on own initiative, take responsibility for results, and work independently.
