We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator to join our team at energy-as. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing procurement activities according to regulations, policies, plans, and agreements.

A strong background in contracting and procurement is required, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing negotiation strategies to minimize risk.
  • Searching for and evaluating alternative suppliers of equipment, materials, and services.
  • Preparing ITT documents and performing tender evaluations and negotiations.

The ideal candidate will also work closely with PRE, fabrication coordinator, QHSE, cost control, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a commercial success.
