Contract Strategist

We offer a wide range of consultant assignments featuring exciting projects in Norway and internationally.

1. Develop, implement, and execute contract strategies to secure successful outcomes. This includes planning, invitation to tender, bid opening, negotiation, evaluation, clarifications, contractual drafts, awards, handovers, and documentation.
2. Maintain effective contract management and close out processes to ensure smooth transitions.
3. Initiate experience transfer to drive knowledge sharing within the team.
4. Provide support to the business as needed to achieve operational excellence.
5. Identify key risks and opportunities related to the procurement process to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in procurement or a related field.
2. A minimum of 10 years' experience in procurement, preferably in the oil and gas industry from an operator's perspective.
3. Strong knowledge of procurement systems and project procurement practices.
4. Excellent English and Norwegian language skills for effective communication.
